Understanding the unique journey

At Mosaic Learning Academy, we recognise the additional challenges care-experienced individuals often face — from disrupted education and lack of consistent support to barriers in employment and life skills. Our programmes are designed to offer stability, guidance, and practical tools to help every learner move forward with purpose and confidence.

Life Admin Essentials

Step-by-step support with everyday responsibilities like opening a bank account, managing appointments, understanding bills, and engaging with essential services.

Integration & Community Orientation

Introduces learners to navigating local services, using public transport, understanding community expectations, and feeling more connected to their surroundings.

Independant Living Skills

Covers practical skills for daily life, including budgeting, basic cooking, tenancy preparation, time management, and making informed personal decisions.

Employability Support

From CV writing and interview prep to job searches and workplace expectations — helping learners move towards meaningful employment or training.

Functional English & Communication

Builds language confidence and everyday communication skills — ideal for learners new to the UK or those who struggle with written or verbal English.

Drug & Alcohol Awareness

A sensitive, informative course designed to help individuals understand the risks of substance abuse, make safer choices, and access help if needed. Includes confidence-building strategies and harm reduction advice, delivered in a non-judgmental, engaging format.

Courses are delivered with consistent and trusted support to help learners build confidence, set goals, and stay on track — with tailored guidance from trained professionals who understand the care journey.

How We Work

Flexible, Person-Centred Delivery

We understand that consistency and flexibility are essential. Our programmes are delivered in-person, online, or as a blended offer — at youth hubs, supported accommodation, or directly with care teams. Sessions can be tailored to group or individual needs, and referrals are welcomed throughout the year.

Outcomes that matter

Our programmes are built around personal progress and real results. From daily independence to long-term pathways, Mosaic Learning helps care-experienced individuals move forward with purpose and confidence.
