About Mosaic Learning Academy
Piecing together potential through personalised education and support
Our Story
Mosaic Learning was founded with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between education and real-life independence for individuals who often fall through the cracks of traditional support systems. We recognised that while qualifications matter, many people — especially those from care-experienced or underserved backgrounds — need practical, personalised guidance to navigate adulthood with confidence.

The name Mosaic reflects both the diversity of the people we support and the layered, individual approach we take. Just like a mosaic is made up of unique pieces that form a greater whole, we believe every person carries potential that can be pieced together through the right support, skills, and encouragement.

Our work is shaped by the belief that meaningful progress comes from real-world preparation: learning how to manage your money, apply for a job, book a doctor’s appointment, or set personal goals. That’s why our programmes focus not just on employability and digital skills, but also on the everyday tools needed to thrive.

From one-to-one mentoring to group workshops, we create accessible, inclusive learning environments where individuals feel respected, empowered, and ready to take control of their future. Whether someone is stepping into independence for the first time or looking to gain new direction, Mosaic Learning is here to walk alongside them — piecing together potential, one step at a time.

Care-Experienced Support
Mosaic Learning was founded with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by children and young people in or leaving care. Our programmes are designed to provide not just practical skills, but also consistent guidance, trust-building, and meaningful opportunities. From life skills and career coaching to one-to-one mentoring, we support care-experienced individuals to navigate adulthood with confidence, stability, and purpose.
We work closely with local authorities, support workers, and care teams to ensure our offer meets the real-world needs of those we support. Whether someone is preparing to live independently, looking to integrate into a new community, or developing the skills for employment, we provide tailored learning pathways that make a lasting impact.

Partnering with charities
Mosaic Learning Academy is proud to work alongside a range of charitable organisations to extend the reach and impact of our programmes.
We recognise that many individuals facing barriers to education or employment are already supported by charities working at the community level. By collaborating with these organisations, we ensure that our courses complement existing services and meet learners where they are — culturally, emotionally, and practically.

Whether delivering tailored workshops, co-developing support pathways, or offering accredited training through third-sector referrals, we operate with flexibility and shared purpose. Our goal is to create joined-up, outcome-focused provision that helps individuals progress with confidence — and charities meet their objectives with greater impact.

We welcome partnerships with charities of all sizes and specialisms. If your organisation supports individuals who could benefit from structured life skills, employability training, or personal development support, we’d love to work with you.
